This project showcases a stunning kitchen renovation where we installed premium Cimstone quartz worktops, bringing a blend of modern elegance and exceptional durability to a truly vibrant space. The design features bold yellow cabinetry complemented by a rustic exposed stone wall, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Our task was to provide and install high-quality surfaces that would enhance the aesthetic and stand up to the demands of daily kitchen life.
Key Features & Services:
- Cimstone Quartz Worktops: We supplied and installed 30mm thick Cimstone quartz in the popular Calacatta Nuvo finish. This material offers the luxurious look of natural marble with superior resistance to scratches, stains, and heat, ensuring a long-lasting and beautiful surface.
- Single Pencil Edge Detail: All worktop edges were finished with a refined single pencil profile, providing a soft, contemporary look and a comfortable feel.
- Belfast Sink Cut-Out: A precise and seamless cut-out was crafted to perfectly accommodate the traditional white ceramic Belfast sink, integrating it flawlessly into the quartz worktop.
- Custom Drainage Grooves: A set of elegant and functional drainage grooves were routed into the worktop adjacent to the sink, designed to efficiently manage water run-off.
- 20mm Splashbacks: Matching Cimstone quartz splashbacks were installed to protect the walls from splashes and provide a cohesive design element.
- 100mm Upstands: Quartz upstands were fitted along the perimeter of the worktops, offering a clean, finished transition between the counter and the wall.
The Result:
The completed kitchen is a testament to thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship. The bright yellow cabinets are beautifully grounded by the sophisticated white Cimstone quartz, while the exposed stone wall adds texture and character. The new worktops elevate the kitchen’s visual appeal and provide a highly functional, easy-to-maintain surface that will be enjoyed for years to come. This project perfectly illustrates how quality materials and attention to detail can transform a space into a dream kitchen.
